[bc-gnso] Accountability docs to discuss at CSG meeting Sunday afternoon

Here are links and docs relevant to CSG discussion of ICANN Accountability Enhancements, scheduled for 5:00 pm today.

We apply several stress tests to existing and proposed accountability measures.  (attachment 2)

And this just in: ICANN’s lawyer at Jones Day issued a memo saying most of these community powers can’t be done. (attachment 3):
California law does not provide for a mechanism that would empower the community, regardless of whether ICANN has members or not, to force the Board to take action on a community proposal
