[bc-gnso] Extension of closing dates for public consultations

The due dates for these 4 public comment periods has been extended to 14-Jan-2018:

1. Proposed Recommendations to enhance accountability through Diversity (link<https://www.icann.org/public-comments/accountability-diversity-2017-10-26-en>).  Comments close 14-Jan.  This proposal is part of Accountability Work Stream 2, and is required by the final report of the CCWG-Accountability for the IANA transition in 2016.  Thanks to Mark Datysgeld, Jimson, Andrew Mack, Christian Bope, Marilyn, Tola, and Waudo for volunteering to draft a BC comment.

2. Proposed Recommendations to improve ICANN’s Office of Ombudsman (link<https://www.icann.org/public-comments/ioo-recs-2017-11-10-en>).  Comments close 14-Jan.  This proposal is part of Accountability Work Stream 2, and is required by the final report of the CCWG-Accountability for the IANA transition in 2016.   Thanks to Jimson for volunteering to draft a BC comment.

3. Proposed Recommendations to improve ICANN Staff Accountability (link<https://www.icann.org/public-comments/accountability-recs-2017-11-13-en>).  Comments close 14-Jan-2018.  This proposal is part of Accountability Work Stream 2, and is required by the final report of the CCWG-Accountability for the IANA transition in 2016.   Thanks to Andrew Mack and Stephanie Duchesneau for volunteering to draft a BC comment.

4. Proposed Recommendations on ICANN Jurisdiction (link<https://www.icann.org/public-comments/recommendations-on-icann-jurisdiction-2017-11-14-en>).  Comments close 14-Jan-2018.  This proposal is part of Accountability Work Stream 2, and is required by the final report of the CCWG-Accountability for the IANA transition in 2016.  Recommendations<https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/ccwg-accountability-ws2-jurisdiction-14nov17-en.pdf> include measures to address effects of sanctions and to select venue for contract adjudication.  BC participants in the Jurisdiction group include Andrew Harris, Alex Deacon, Barbara Wanner, Ellen Blackler, Denise Michel, and Steve DelBianco.
