Last week, Mark  Svancarek & I attended a 3 day F2F meeting of the EPDP in Toronto to review public comments in advance of the Final Report which is currently scheduled to be published on Feb 1.  The outcomes of these negotiations are reflected in the draft report circulated below by ICANN staff.

  *   Highlighted in blue ? items that are still under active consideration (if you have suggestions in relation to these items, please make sure to introduce these as part of the relevant agenda items for upcoming meetings)
  *   Highlighted in yellow ? updates to be made following review of language to reflect the approach that has been in principle agreed by the EPDP Team
  *   Other redline changes ? intended to clarify and/or address input provided by the EPDP Team during its deliberations

As also discussed, following publication of the Final Report, the EPDP Team may want to consider whether it would be helpful to produce a summary version that would be specifically intended for external audiences?
