[bc-gnso] FILED: BC comment on implementing EPDP policy for registration data

BC members,

Attached (and here<https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/registration-data-consensus-policy-for-gtlds-24-08-2022/submissions/icann-business-constituency-bc-04-12-2022>) is the BC response to ICANN’s new Draft policy for gTLD Registration data.

This is a major piece of work, and we owe a big thanks to drafters Margie Milam, David Snead, and Alex Deacon.

This policy is to implement recommendations from EPDP Phase 1 recommendations<https://gnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/file/field-file-attach/epdp-gtld-registration-data-specs-final-20feb19-en.pdf>, Phase 2 Priority 2 recommendations<https://gnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/file/field-file-attach/epdp-phase-2-temp-spec-gtld-registration-data-2-31jul20-en.pdf>, and Phase 1 GNSO Council Supplemental Rec 12 adopted<https://www.icann.org/resources/board-material/resolutions-2022-02-24-en#2.b> by ICANN Board.
