face=Arial>The Officers of the BC have received the email from Marilyn Cade
about her<BR>complaint to the Ombudsman with respect to the BC elections for
the<BR>Nominating Committee. The Officers will address that complaint if
and when<BR>the Ombudsman requests our input. Ombudsman's complaints often take
several<BR>weeks.<BR><BR>Meanwhile, the second election for the 'large business'
slot is open for<BR>nominations until end of this Thursday, and the election
will follow as<BR>previously announced by the Secretariat. The Officers
will consider the<BR>outcome of that advisory election, and will then decide who
to appoint to<BR>this second NomCom slot.</FONT> </FONT></FONT></DIV>
