even though a name is subject to a URS, a registrant who can demonstrate legitimate
interest should be able to get that domain name. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>IPC agree to transfer but willing to agree to suspension subject
to fee based renewal by Complainant (TM holder)<o:p></o:p></p>
