the so-called ‘final’ gTLD guidebook. <br>

The BC is holding a member call on 11-Nov ( 10am eastern US time) to talk about
policy topics we expect going into Cartagena. <br>

Best case, you guys join the 11-Nov call and offer your first-look analysis of
how the new Guidebook changed vis-a-vis DAGv4. <br>
( ICANN usually posts redline comparison, though it may not be immediately
available)<br>
