So the GAC expects ICANN to consider all of its input as ‘Advice’ per ICANN’s bylaws.<br>

GAC expects ICANN Board to explain its decisions taken, no later than 2 weeks before Cartagena. (citing Affirmation obligation)<br>

GAC anticipates that ICANN will respond to their last 3 letters and is expecting to discuss this in Cartagena. <br>
