Dear BC Members,<div><br></div><div>During today's members call Marilyn mentioned the hotel that was booked by various members of the excomm for the upcoming meeting in Dakar. The hotel is the Hotel des Almadies, which is the third hotel on the ICANN website for the Dakar meeting. This hotel is very close to the venue and has special rates in place for ICANN participants, which include unlimited WI-FI and breakfast. </div><div><br></div><div>The rates are the following: </div><div><br></div><div><ul><li>standard single room: 124 US dollars per night</li><li>deluxe single room: 157 US dollars per night</li></ul></div><div><br></div><div>The website for the hotel is the following: <a href="http://www.hoteldesalmadies.com/">http://www.hoteldesalmadies.com/</a></div><div><br></div><div>I have contacted the hotel and was informed that the booking section of their website is not working. To book a room you need to contact the hotel via email by filling in the form attached to this email with your name, address, phone number, choice of room, dates and credit card number, and email it to the address at the top of the form.
