The Business Constituency (BC) endorses the recommendations made by the IRTP-B Working Group and encourages ICANN Board members to vote in favor of the motion as drafted.</div><p class="ecxMsoNormal" style="margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;margin-bottom:0.0001pt;font-family:Calibri">
