<div>I would like to reiterate the proposal that I made on the BC call yesterday regarding the procedure for selecting our NomComm representatives. First however, I would like to make clear that NewsCorp is in no way questioning the integrity and competence
of the candidates for the NomComm, all three would be excellent representatives.</div>

<div>While the Bylaws appear to delegate to the Excomm a decision as to whether NomComm representatives should be appointed by the Excomm or elected by the constituency members, I would recommend that the BC, by default, adopt elections to ensure transparency
and that all members' voices are heard. I would also recommend that we amend the Bylaws to require elections for BC Nomcomm representatives.</div>
