<div>In Toronto , the BC/IPC/ISPC requested improved Rights Protection Measures (RPMs). That prompted ICANN executive management to host follow-up meetings with multiple stakeholders. As a result, ICANN posted a "strawman solution" for public comment (<a href="http://newgtlds.icann.org/en/about/trademark-clearinghouse/strawman-solution-03dec12-en.pdf">link</a>).
Public comments are due by 16-Jan-2013.</div>
