ICANN Nom-Comm 2013 has over the weekend completed its substantive work in Durban. On behalf of Ron and myself as your 2013 representatives, I would like to thank all of you for your support and input during the year. Attached is the final report card from the committee. Just to remind you that the report card deals only with process dimension of the work. The actual public announcement of the Nom-comm appointees will be done at a later date. The successful candidates will assume their seats at the conclusion of the Buenos Aires meeting.</div>
