<p>I appreciated the opportunity to review and offer comments on the excellent comments drafted by Waudo, Andrew and Lawrence and really appreciate the additional edits by Jimson and Steve. </p>

<p>The African DNS market -- I believe -- is some what more like the markets in some of the other sub regions, where the ccTLDs are very important to economic growth, as the ccTLD builds infrastructure in a country and in some cases, there is an importance
of national 'recognition' if the market focus is primarily national. I know tat in the past that some in the BC have been less than supportive of the ccTLDs, but I think we should be more open to understanding that the ccTLD managers have evolved a great deal
and that looking at a market study needs to be reflective of cc's within a region as well as what is happening in gTLD-land. Accordingly, I wonder if we might start planning to engage again at one of our upcoming outreach events during ICANN 60 or61, to host
the ccNSO at a breakfast. </p>

<p>I remain a fan of the breakfasts, over cocktail hours, as people seem to me to just talk to those they know at cocktail hours, while at the breakfast, or a lunch, they talk to and meet new people at their "table". Just one thought to build on our continued
efforts to ourselves understand dynamics within different regions. </p>
