[bylaws-coord] Revised Article 6

Dear John, Sam and team,  Attached please find a revised Article 6, that has been edited to more fully describe in one place the powers of the EC and address other related issues.  This Article 6 should replace and supersede all prior drafts.  Please confirm your receipt. For inclusion in the next draft of the ICANN Bylaws.
