It'd also be helpful to me if there were materials to read about what might have changed to require this discussion.  The CCWG has been over this ground in some detail.  I'm aware that there are people who don't agree, but the bottom line is that a consensus document shipped, with Board approval, some time ago.  Wriggling off this hook will be at best awkward.
