This is amazing ! Thanks Bruce and all Board members !



It’s hard to believe that, in less than 3 months, we have managed to 
translate such a huge set of recommendations into a coherent set of bylaws, 
while keeping consensus and trust in the process intact at the same time. 
This is no small feat and I want to reiterate my thanks to Icann Legal, 
especially Sam and John but I know others were involved as well, the Sidley 
and Adler teams, and our wonderful support staff !



Of course this is just step towards the transition itself, but a major 
milestone, upon which we can build to bridge the last remaining ones !

Just a short note to confirm that the Board has passed resolutions with 
respect to the 4 items of the agenda below.

The exact wording of the resolutions will be posted publicly soon.

Thanks all for your work since Marrakech to finalize the bylaws and 
agreements.

A big thank you to the combined legal team on drafting the legal documents, 
and also for the broader ICANN staff for summarizing the public comments in 
a short timeframe.
