[Capacity-Building-WG] Capacity Building WG session with Nora Abusitta

Dear Maureen,

This is not an attempt to be unfair and are instructions from staff.  If it were open to all those in our Working Group, other constituencies would have cried foul at not being involved. This is merely an informal call with Nora.

Traditionally, the invitation was sent to me but I thought that it would be good to have someone from the Online Team. Attending this call is not a "right" but a privilege. Nora will be presenting numerous times to the At Large Team as well as other constituencies, so we will all get to meet and talk to her.

The decision to keep this call "small" is Staff's decision and nothing to do with the steering committee's decision. Whomever you select from amongst you to attend this call, should be sure that they will attend this informal call and report back to the Group both on the wiki and the mailing list.

The group can trust that anything that Nora is planning will of course take into consideration that which the constituencies think should be considered which is why Inwould encourage the Online Group and other grouos at this stage to get to work on your wiki space etc.
