On another note, if the scope has changed and we are organising a community call, it would be just fair to invite also other community members from other WGs (like the ICANN Academy WG), because this issue does not only concern At-Large. 
My personal opinion is that it would makes sense to have a discussion with a hand full of people first and broaden the discussion with the community in Durban during the respective meetings. But I am not sure it this is still possible, now that a number of WG members confirmed their availability.
