One suggestion may be to offer a prize to encourage people to fill out the survey - e.g. one week in Durban expenses fully paid!

Hi Oksana,

Thank you for your proposal.

I think that at least parts 1,4,5 and 6 were in the survey performed a few years ago (I think in 2011); Dev can tell you. So, I believe we can have these information from there.

The shortest and the simplest is the survey, the best it is conducted. It’s better to have less questions to encourage the ALSes to answer them.
