[Capacity-Building-WG] Teleconference

I respectfully disagree that the information being requested is the same. They are different. We have already had the discussions on why they should be kept separate, and Wolf raised valid points which I endorse.

Ours is not based on an event or series of events but rather on the long term capacity building solutions for the At Large and not just targetting ALSes but more importantly the individual members of At Large.
