[cc-humanrights] Human Rights and ICANN - session description

Thanks Rafik for assisting with the room. The description looks good. A
three hour session can be dynamic, it depends on how we divide the time and
plan it. We certainly have a lot of angles to cover. I agree with Bill that
Monday morning seems the best option.
