Hi Lee,

for adding people to the mailing list they just need to subscribe here
https://mm.icann.org/mailman/listinfo/cc-humanrights and they will be added.

btw the agenda and list of speakers are only  for the purpose to request
room meeting. so they can be reworked and updated (the session will have a
wiki space where we can put background document, agenda etc)
because the constraints with request meeting room (session duration), I am
going to request 2 sessions e.g. part A and part B. I cannot guarantee that
we can secure both . so we will rework anyway the program after we get
confirmation about the room.

I see several proposals: summary, FAQ, follow-up paper , concrete scenarios
etc . I think that is better if people start drafting and we can get better
idea what is possible to deliver. we have 2 months but with long holidays
in the middle.
