[cc-humanrights] proposal for conf call next tuesday 16 Dec

Here attached are my first seven questions.  They are pretty high level, 
but I have been asked the gist of them several times over the past 
year.  I will not attempt to answer them until folks tell me whether 
they are sensible questions, as the answers are not quick and easy.
