Thanks Rafik, and hello everyone.
I agree that we should start drafting sooner rather than later.
I also think that regular conf calls is useful and would suggest we try to fix them during our next call.
Best wishes, Lee

Hi Lee,

for adding people to the mailing list they just need to subscribe here https://mm.icann.org/mailman/listinfo/cc-humanrights and they will be added.

btw the agenda and list of speakers are only for the purpose to request room meeting. so they can be reworked and updated (the session will have a wiki space where we can put background document, agenda etc)
because the constraints with request meeting room (session duration), I am going to request 2 sessions e.g. part A and part B. I cannot guarantee that we can secure both . so we will rework anyway the program after we get confirmation about the room.

I see several proposals: summary, FAQ, follow-up paper , concrete scenarios etc . I think that is better if people start drafting and we can get better idea what is possible to deliver. we have 2 months but with long holidays in the middle.

Hello to everyone, sorry for my absence recently.
I have been trying to join the list and so hoping that this now works.

Please find my last messages which I think you did not receive:

- Thomas and his colleague Nicolas are willing to organise a conf call next Tuesday 16 Dec afternoon - could you please us how many are able to participate - I would propose 16:30 CET.

- For your info, I was in the IGF planning meeting last week and I spoke to two GAC members - Mark Carvell and Olga Cavalli (could they join the list?) - who would be interested to support the initiative and to start preparing a draft charter for a CCWG on ICANN and human rights.

- In reply to some recent exchanges, I would also add:

- a 10-page application of concrete scenarios thereby in effect applying the CoE report would be interesting. I wonder however if all the proposed issues can be covered in such a short document and whether they can be discussed adequately by the agenda for the cross-community workshop?

- tentative agenda for the cross-community workshop seems fine, although I would add discussants from GAC and perhaps CoE.

Regards and ready to discuss.

Lee
