[cc-humanrights] Signing up for a sub-group

Dear All,

I'm here - sorry for being silent for the past couple of weeks - work woes!

Looking forward to getting this topic rolling.

This will be interesting as we're going to have different interpretations
of what is defined as "human rights"..as opposed to ICANN doing "what is
right" . And as we know not every breach of the law meets the high standard
of being a breach of a human right which is considered as a Fundamental
right as per the UN definition of HR.

Could the HR presentation given in Dublin be shared as that is a good
starting point..

regards

Karel DOUGLAS
