The GAC-Board meeting is 8:30-9:30.  Always packed, much milling around afterwards, people could be a bit slow to arrive for this so we may need to compress and calibrate a little.  Otherwise the agenda looks straightforward.  Assume we’ll post the report to http://buenosaires53.icann.org/en/schedule/wed-ncsg-human-rights <http://buenosaires53.icann.org/en/schedule/wed-ncsg-human-rights> and publicize it prior e.g. the ICANN 53 newsletter etc.
