[cc-humanrights] Human Rights Impact Assessment and CSR

Dear all

I've made some comments in the doc on the Transparency Reporting which I
happened to research in summer 2013 as an emerging accountability standard
with ICTs much shaped by Snowden's revelations.

There's probably no need in that much detail but in case this might be of
use/interest I attach here my paper (May 2014) which summarises and builds
on the original MSc study
<http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=2429707> based on
interviews with policy officers from 4 major tech-co's on the TR format
held in August 2013.

Kind regards,
Alexandra
