Hi Renata,
AFAIK e-mail should work okay on low-bandwith networks, right? And ICANN
also provides call-ins to your phone for the calls, so I hope that way
we can make participation on a low bandwith network easier.
I think moving communications to closed channels such as Whatsapp or
Telegram might not be very condusive for the transparency of our work.
But am always happy to expiriment with IT, not sure what a WP server is,
but is you need an VPS am happy to provide you with one. You can ping me
off-list for credentials.
