[cc-humanrights] Proposal - postpone Friday call of CCWP SG2

Dear all,

I hope this email finds you well.

We have a call scheduled for subgroup 2 coming Friday that focuses on
Human Rights in WS2.

Since nothing much has happened since our last call (the design team in
the CCWG on human rights will have it first meeting next Tuesday), I
think we might all be able to use our time more efficiently if we skip
this call.

But please let me know if you think this call would be beneficial to
you, then we'll just go ahead.
