[cc-humanrights] Human Rights Updates and Potential next steps

Hi all,

As for the ePDP report, my hot take is that it makes lots of concessions
and at the same time kicks some very important decisions down the road
to be determined by a variety of implementers. From a pro-privacy
perspective it offers nothing stronger than what we currently have with
the temporary specification. I think the strategy to protect human
rights on the question of whois access should simply reject the report
completely and filibuster as long as possible because the temp spec is
just great the way it is.
