I agree, I was thinking that the question "What do we mean by human
rights?" with links to all the important documents in the answer
would be good. For those following the debate about last week's
Guardian article, there are some interesting aspects of the debate
that have surfaced after that article. I think we have to talk
about how civil society deals with the tensions in human
rights....and in particular, how we at ICANN deal with the tension
between privacy and the right to know. Not an easy answer, that
one. <br>

I really like the idea of FAQ and thanks for the initial list - it
looks good. Is it too basic to add to your list a first question:
what are human rights? [It may sound obvious, but I think getting
some basic understanding about what we are talking about it quite
critical for building support on the next steps...]<br>
Happy to help in shaping the answers as well once questions are
settled.<br>
I like Bill's idea of linking, in the answers to FAQ, to more
background documents such as the up to 10 page primer that Niels
has been discussing <br>

support the initiative and to start preparing a draft
