Apologies, I have a scheduling cpnflict. I 'll try to join (very) late at the call when possible,

The is a small refine ment I would like to suggest to the proposed
terminlogy of Territories in the background doc:

For purposes of this policy “Territory” or “Territories”
are defined as a country, a sub-division, or other area of
particular geopolitical interest listed on the ‘International
Standard ISO 3166, Codes for the representation of names
of countries and their subdivisions – Part 1: Country Codes’,
or, in some exceptional cases a country, a sub-division,
or other area of particular geopolitical interest listed
for an exceptionally reserved ISO 3166-1 code element.

Proposed text:

For purposes of this policy “Territory” or “Territories”
are defined as a country, a sub-division, or other area of
particular geopolitical interest listed in Section 3 of the
‘International Standard ISO 3166, Codes for the representation
of names of countries and their subdivisions – Part 1:
Country Codes’ [ISO 3166-1:2020] or, in some exceptional
	cases, e.g. grandfathered-in delegations, a country, a
sub-division, or other area of particular geopolitical
interest listed for an exceptionally reserved ISO 3166-1
	code element.

The reference bow identofy the version of the standard and the
remark about grandfathered-in is to clarify that this is an exception
made by ICANN to use the reserved code for a delegation (and it is
not referring to a ISO 3166/MA defined exceptional reserved code).

PS. Quickly scanning the rest of doc I noticed some typos (such as
    Wole, sb. Whole).
