Included again version 7
Major changes:

  *   Adjustment of definition section 5.2 ( Definition of Variant ). What is not done was updating link section 5.1
  *   Accepting the changes accepted in first reading

I have updated the draft document.
Major changes:
Adjustment of definition section 5.2 ( Definition of Variant ). What is not done was updating link section 5.1
Accepting the changes accepted in first reading

Suggested for next meeting:

  *   Discussion Recommendation 14 Phase EPDP, as requested
  *   Review in first reading remainder of Part A,  section 5.2 new and starting with section 7.
  *   High level review of Part B and C ( as no major changes)
  *   Second reading Part O and Part A section 1-6
