[Area 3] CWG-CCWG issue matrix

Hi,

I have started building a matrix of the related issues.  Only one entry
so far, but now that the table is started others can either tell me what
to add, or add themselves.

Do we need to plan on a conference call?  Or can we use the table and
the email list for a bit.

The subject does permeate the other discussion so I am not sure what we
would do in a specific meeting on this issue, but perhaps it would be
good to have a least one.  Please let me know.
