[Acct-Legal] agenda ideas for later today

Dear all,

Thanks very much David for the proposed agenda. I think it is of great help. You are right in so many ways but I emphasize that of helping us being more organized.

Unfortunately many things have been needed to be dealt on the fly but we must find a way to avoid that as much as we can to help the lawyers focus on actual tasks instead of group brainstorming.

The call has been scheduled for 20:00 UTC and will run for 55 minutes as opposed to one hour because as some of you noted, we also have the WP1 call at 21:00 UTC so we really need to make a hard stop at 20:55 to let staff set up the room for the next call.

I will be compiling the questions document in the next hour so I can send it to you before our call.

As for having Sidley be the leading firm, I would open that for consideration of the larger legal sub-team and maybe the larger group. My feeling is that Sidley has the advantage of being working with both WGs and that gives them a wider view on the integral work that needs to be done.

As for timeline, we need to prioritize our work in order to be able to provide the WPs with at least the basic input they need from the legal side to help them shape their proposals. We know this isn’t definitive advice but, as we have said many times, just the beginning of a series of iterations that will be needed to reach our goal.

Thank you all for your hard work and particularly for helping me with this very complex task. As I always say, the more, the merrier. This is a great team and I feel proud of working with you all.
