[Acct-Legal] Memorandum of Request for Legal Advice: ARIN suggestions

All:

To clarify, we will leave it to counsel to sort out how the firms divide
the work on any specific project.  My prior email was only based on my
recollection of our call earlier today.  Given that I am on my 5th
ICANN-related conference call after that call, my recollection may be a
little hazy (as a matter of fact, I may be a little hazy generally).
