[Acct-Legal] Independent Counsel Presentation to CCWG

Esteemed Chairs,

We had a very fruitful meeting today of the Legal Sub Team and independent
counsel.  As a result of the call, counsel and the Legal Sub Team agreed
that it would be of critical importance to have legal counsel make a
presentation to the CCWG on their advice and recommendations regarding the
structures and mechanisms under discussion by and available to the CCWG.

Based on the overall timetable, the best time for such a presentation would
be the Tuesday meeting of the CCWG.  Counsel estimates that this
presentation, with time for Q&A, would take about 60 minutes.  Ideally,
this would form part of the CCWG's agenda.  However, if this doesn't work,
an "exceptional" meeting of the CCWG should be scheduled for this purpose,
ideally on Tuesday.
