Thank you for the follow up.

If it is possible for Counsel to attend the first call for the first hour, I would be grateful: it is my hope that we can agenda follow up discussion on the mechanism to pursue in delivering these powers.

Since I write the agenda, I am sure this will be possible.

I'll tentatively schedule half an hour for questions, and then discussion of what to put in our comment report about the mechanism for the second half hour.

Please advise if you would prefer a different approach.

I cannot yet forecast needs on the Thursday call but my hope would be that attendance is not required.
