[Acct-Legal] Time to speak to Kevin Espinola

I can meet at noon tomorrow.  That said I need to reiterate my sincere
concern that engaging further with Jones Day on this is not constructive.
To be clear, Jones Day is a fine law firm, but it is ICANN¹s law firm.
