[Acct-Legal] Time to speak to Kevin Espinola

As noted in my prior email, I will not be able to attend until the meeting
between the Board and the Commercial Stakeholders Group ends at 12:15 (in
Padang).  I'll come directly over, but it would be better if we could start
at 12:15 so I don't miss half the meeting.
