[Acct-Legal] Memo - Response to Samantha Eisner Questions (re: Member Rights)

Many thanks Emily,

I have found this memo to be very comprehensive and detailed.

I don't know whether this memo has already been shared to the wider 
group, but maybe we could elaborate (as a group of CCWG colleagues) on 
what lessons or key aspects of the memo we would use to steer our work 
forward ? Too many legal details might create confusion for the non 
specialists.

I must admit I'm not so sure what to do next with this. Maybe Sam could 
help since she was asking the questions in the 1st place ?
