[Acct-Legal] Heads-up on legal sub-team reorganization

Dear Co-Chairs,

I do not agree with *ANY* Sub-Team making decisions what to assign
to counsel.  That is an issue for the plenum, and if necessary by
Consensus Call.  Hence I object.  For the record, since you will
ignore me as usual.

I do not have issues with a) and in particular not with c).
