This is confirming a request by the leadership authorizing you to communicate with the evaluators of the transition proposal should they request it.

Also please note that the Co-Chairs would appreciate if you could present an introduction at the meeting of April 27th prior to the Q&A session which should be a short recap of your work since the CCWG-Accountability has finalized its recommendations.

To facilitate the Q&A portion of the meeting the Co-Chairs will manage the queue for questions to lawyers.
