Thanks Bernie,

On last minute we did have quorum and the call did take place.

We discussed the reply from ICANN legal to the Ombusdman Subgroup questions and we decided to forward the reply with some comments to the incumbent subgroup. You should be getting that mail soon.

We also discussed our role as committee in regar to the replies received from the legal advisor replying to any given question in that, in this specific case in which the question was assigned to ICANN legal for reply, we should review the reply and make sure that it is a reasonable and unbiased answer or consider assigning to external advisors should the case need be. This review may take place in any of our calls or in our list in order to provide and expedite process to the subgroups awaiting for replies.
