<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">Legal Subteam and Counsel:</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:verdana,sans-serif">I am forwarding the email below and attached, with suggestions/comments from ARIN's legal counsel regarding structure, bylaws and accountability. For the benefit of counsel, ARIN is one of five Regional Internet Registries (RIRs), which together make up the ASO (Address Supporting Organization), one of the CCWG's chartering organizations.
