[Ccwg-auctionproceeds] Reminder: Re: Please participate - Survey on fund allocation objectives

Hello,

I was trying to respond to the survey but got stuck on question 3. The
instruction says 1 is most preferred and 2 least preferred.

My question then is, what is 3 to 7 for? Secondly are we supposed to rate
each of the 7 options or just 2 out of the 7 options?
