[Ccwg-auctionproceeds] 2nd REMINDER: Doodle / CCWG Auction Proceeds ICANN60

Dear All,

Noting the conflict with the GDPR session which affected participation (more so than the jurisdiction session), the leadership team has decided to make use of an opportunity that has just emerged because of the ICANN Board meeting moving to the end of the day which means the CCWG-AP meeting will move to the 8.45 – 10.15 slot on Thursday for the first meeting, instead of the 10.30 – 12.00 slot. The doodle poll will be updated accordingly and as such we would like to request those of you that already responded to modify your response if this change affects your availability, hopefully in a positive way.

Please complete the doodle for ICANN60 CCWG Auction Proceeds meeting. Please note that there are currently two meeting slots reserved for the new gTLD Auction Proceeds CCWG on Thursday, 02 November at ICANN60, namely from 10.30 - 12.00 and 13.30 - 15.00.



Do note that these slots run in parallel to the following cross-community discussions:

10.30 – 12.00 - Cross Community Session: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Implications for ICANN

13.30 – 15.00 Cross Community Session: Talking About Jurisdiction - Challenges Associated with ICANN’s Activities Being Subject to the Laws.



As such, the Chairs would like to assess the expected attendance for the CCWG sessions in order to plan accordingly.
