With this email I will both apologize for my absence today and support the general direction of Daniel’s comments. The Open Internet and the open standards that support them are indistinguishable. You can’t have one without the other. It would gall me to see something like standards development for 5G at the ITU (closed and proprietary) being within scope here. This should be crystal clear. Agree with him on the preamble as well. Thanks.
