  2.  Outreach to & responses to date from external experts
     *   Status update & proposed process for compiling / reviewing input received (see https://community.icann.org/x/BSW8B)
  3.  Commence exchange of views with external experts: Samantha Eisner & Xavier Calvez
  4.  Addressing board liaison input
     *   Review of examples
     *   Response letter from Chairs as discussed during the last meeting
  5.  Review updated work plan (to be circulated)
  6.  Confirm next steps & next meeting
